Having trouble with your application? Here are a few points that may help you.

Question: I can’t see where to add the rest of my details…

Answer: A number of the details are not collected until after check-out, so trust the process and you will be asked for your final details after the check-out step.

Question: I can’t seem to finish the registration process without selecting children/furniture/meal tickets etc. but I don’t need those things?

Answer: Most steps in the process are completely optional. Think of each stage in the process as an optional extra. Go all the way through and select what you want, you will only be charged for what you select.

Question: I am having trouble entering my details.

Answer: We have done our best to cater to as many different devices as possible, but there is always bound to be a phone or tablet that the site is not fully optimised for. If you are having any issues with your registration, we recommend trying the registration process on a desktop computer. If you still cannot complete the process please use the “Ask a Question” form by clicking the button at the bottom right. ->
